Digital Products & Tarot Readings
All tarot readings, spiritual guidance sessions, and other digital services are personalized and created specifically for each client. Because of the time, energy, and intuitive work involved, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable once the reading has been completed or delivered.
If you experience a technical issue receiving your reading, please contact me and I will gladly assist in resolving the issue.
Physical Products
For tangible items, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so the issue can be resolved.
